Fit For Life (Version 1.0) is the foundation on which all of our training programs are built. It’s a 1-year workout plan for men that will take you through 5 different phases: Strength Training, Muscle Building, Fat Loss, Conditioning, and Recovery. This plan keeps your body guessing, and is designed to help you break through any plateaus you’re currently experiencing. You can expect to make gains every single month with this program. All you have to do is have the courage to put in the work.
Who is This Program Ideal For?
Men who are 18 – 55 years old and:
- Train with cables AND free weights 3 – 6 days a week
- Can perform basic exercises such as bench presses, shoulder presses, squats, and deadlifts
- Would consider themselves intermediate or advanced lifters — THIS WORKOUT ISN’T FOR THE FAINT OF HEART!
- Want to keep their body guessing each month and enjoy changing up their workout routine each month
- Regularly exercise at an intensity level of 7 out of 10 and are on a mission to take their body to the next level
- Want to gain muscle, lose fat, and increase their strength and conditioning (which should be everyone!)

Fit For Life (Version 1.0) is a 1-Year Training Program consisting of 5 Different Phases: Strength Training, Muscle Building, Fat Loss, Conditioning, and Recovery.
Length of Entire Program: 1 Year (5 Phases)
Number of Workouts per Week: 3 – 6 (You Choose!)
Duration of Each Workout: 60 – 75 Minutes
Number of Cardio Sessions per Week: 3 – 7 (You Choose!)
Duration of Each Cardio Session: 30 min @ 55 – 70% MHR
